Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order.
Note: We don’t suggest requesting a refund or return. If you are unhappy with the product, you can avail a 50% discount on your next order. Please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at customersupport@mamiza.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) link. Once you receive a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
  • To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Upon receipt of your return, the product will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used when making the original purchase.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least forty (40) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the details provided below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only accept exchanges for products that arrive damaged or broken. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly replace it.
  • Sizing and Fit: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items with a provided size chart. Please carefully refer to the size chart to ensure the best fit before making your purchase. All sales related to sizing are final.
  • Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Items may differ slightly from the images shown. Please carefully consider the sizes and colors before placing your order.
  • If you don't like the product, you can avail a 50% discount on your next order. Return shipping is costly and takes time, so we recommend keeping the item and taking advantage of this offer instead.

More Information

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you cancel before processing or shipping, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to cover restocking and credit card refund expenses. Invalid reasons for cancellation include changing your mind or finding a cheaper option elsewhere.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as tracking information becomes available.

Late or Missing Refunds

We process refunds promptly after approval. If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays may occur. Some credit card companies take up to 30 days to reflect the refund. If you've done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

I've entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If you've entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately via email. While we will do our best to make the change, we cannot guarantee it due to quick processing times. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details as we are not liable for incomplete or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
